Hello..Salaries will always depend on the client and on the nature of your job. TSR's almost always get higher pay than CSR's since they do both job. As an employee, you are entitled to a health insurance and as far as I know,
Teletech takes a portion of your monthly due for your first dependent. You have to pay full for the rest. Trainees will receive lower salary until they are regularized. The compensation package they offer is better compared to others in the industry. Promotion based on meritocracy is wishful thinking. It's on paper, but like any other call centers, it doesn't happen on the floor. But hey, you'll get good training. They train well. Goodluck!

I believe the only the Lipa Site has that option. I'll keep you posted once I got the answer. BTW we're very grateful for all the benefits we received after the recent calamity. Teletech has been very supportive! Around 10 benefits at least were provided specially the basic ones. Best benefits I've heard so far!

I used to work here in Teletech a year ago, i worked for accenture handling at&t account. Salary here is much lower compared to other callcenters. I had a great time at first but lately everythings gone wrong, too much pressure in the operation, metrics are beyond your capability, and they classify people by numbers and not the quality of customer service..so even if you know that you did an exceptional service they would still terminate you if you are not meeting the numbers that theyre expecting. a shame coz i used to think that theyre better than others..thats why I resigned, and now im happy with my new job!! If you want to be happy dont apply here..lolz!! *peace* :)

Teletech bacolod is a good training grounds. teletech accepted you even without an experience, and gives you an opportunity to boost your career. i agree too many agents on teletech bacolod don't speak english that good. but thanks to teletech i now have an experience that i can use applying on other call centers that i want. so stop complaining people cause you really sound like a big loosers..

Hi, can you help me? I applied at Teletech Cainta last March 11. After the final interview I asked the interviewer how I did during the interview. She said that I did great, slurred a little bit and that I passed. She also said I should wait for a call sometime during March so that they can schedule my medical examination. It's already April 4. I mean, should I just let this go? Or should I try to get in touch with them or something? Do you know there contact numbers?

I had applied at Teletech Cainta last April 26, conducted and passed my final interview last May 4, I had already started my medical examination, but due to some reason I haven't been able to finish my medical examination that day so the doctor have just told me to come back tomorrow, May 11. Do you think they would still consider me? after the medical examination, what should I do next? I will wait for your kind response. Thank you. :D

I'd say that the worst recruitment process is with teletech. particularly bacoor branch. i dnt know if this is happening in other call centers, but recruitment process in teletech bacoor sucks! u wanna know why? i applied last year as a customer service associate. i was able to pass all the recruitment process including the technical point and was told to wait for a call for the medical sched. i waited for almost a month and within that period somebody called me if i was still interested working in teletech. hello! so yes i did told them i was still interested. i told them of my previous application and they checked my record, found out that it's still active and so i proceeded with the medical exam., waited again for 3 weeks! until somebody called to inform me that i was fit to work and that there will be an orientation for a certain account where i will be assigned to and that she will call me again to confirm the schedule. Until now nobody has called me yet. I even bothered to call and left a message for chai salvador who was out for lunch to follow it up, but there was no feedback up to this time. now tell me, how bad is that? Classic!

TELETECH...hmm.. Ok naman. I worked here for 1 yr and 3 months as TSR! Training was great. Ang babait ng trainers lalo na si Glenn and marami kang matututunan. Pero ang ayaw ko lang dito eh yung mga Managers.(OM Fernando Gadong, OM Jeffrey Hanapon and SOM Marvin Rafael). Yes! name drop na kung name drop na to!! SOBRANG POLITIKA! Mantakin mong nagpropromote sila ng di naman derserving and take note di pa nagpeperform yung agent, napromote na sa REPORTINGS then may nakapagkwento sa akin na SALES CHAMP na tong agent na to at ginawang TL na lang yung SALES CHAMP dati at humingi pa ng favor yung Manager na turuan yung agent kung anong ginawa ng SALES CHAMP! WTF! Magpropromote kayo eh wala naman palang alam yung taong nilagay nyo sa pwesto!

If you stop pushing through because you fear being rejected, how are you going to make your dream happen? When my father applied as a seaman, he took a diving test. The test giver discovered that he didn't know how to dive/swim but still accepted him for the position because he said that my father had the enough will and courage to achieve what he wants. He then gave my dad a swimming course which my father took and learned in just a few days. Lesson learned?

ako di rin masyado sa english speaking i tried applying to teletech nova dahil may computer skills ako. kaso di pareparehas procedure nila dun. may iba inuna ang hands-on skills nila, ako inuna sa interview agad. malas naman!ung nag-interview sa akin di ganun ka-impressive magsalita tapos magcocomment sa yo na di ka masyado magaling sa grammar, di maayos ang phrasing, hello! sila nga e nakabisado na lang naman nila ang mga sinasabi nila dun noh. why give a chance to applicant na kahit pumasok man lang sa training and if talgang di ok performance e di saka ireject.

Those college graduate who are tired hopping from one call center to another may try applying for a career in the Philippine National Police, serve & protect the public, and make difference. Reqs: 21 to 30 years old, college grad, 5'2 for female and 5'4 for male with eligibility etc. The salary for lowest rank is around P16,000 EXCLUDING the allowances and benefits. Go to nearest Police Station for additional information or visit PNP.GOV.PH...by concerned citizen

I've worked in teletech Bacoor for almost 3 yrs, even I didn't expect that I will last more than a year on that company but because of the convenience of the location I did, salary is fair, bonus is too hard to earn, no salary increase annually no matter how good you perform, no promotions for deserving agents, lucky for those who are close to the MANAGERS and TL's that gets promoted even unworthy, no respect for employees, no respect for tenured agents, they terminate tenured agents as if they didn't help the company from the start, MANAGERS treats people like slaves, metrics soars skyhigh everytime the agents reach the goals, Tech support agents become sales agent, its like your useless if you dont gain REVENUE or SALES each and everyday of your life in TELETECH BACOOR, which in the first place is not your JOB because you applied for TECH SUPPORT, most of all "no appreciations" I finally surrendered and said to myself "this is enough and I will resign" and so I did, and up until now there is NO REGRET. :)

I am a graduate of BS Nursing and I am a registered nurse..most or should I say all of the call center companies see nurses in general that we all are irresponsible and are most likely to have lots of latenesses and absences..i'm hurt by the fact that I am not one of those they considered as bad employees and still they see me as like them..i just hope that they will realize that not only nurses can o that and also not ALL nurses are irresponsible and cannot do a job well..DO NOT GENERALIZE..

I just passed all the assessments and passed the final interview on February 15, 2011(Tuesday) at TeleTech-Pasay(MOA) but unfortunately they said that there are still no available slots for the account that they gave us and that they are going to give us a call maybe after a week or so. i agree with one of you na nag-post...it really depends on how you see things kasi wala talagang perfect call center nor company for that matter... i used to work for teletech but it wasn't that bad... yung salary was not as great as the offers from other call centers na nabalitaan ko pero the training was great... sa account na napuntahan ko maayos din naman kasi established na rin...

sa mga bitter jan, i know you have your own reasons pero don't be biased...

sa mga naghahanap ng phone numbers, google nio lang sa net... or mag-walk in na lang kayo..goodluck!

Hi i applied in this company last week..right after the final interview they asked me to have my medical examination and im done with it..after that medical exam i went back to recruitment area and they said they'll make a call for my training which also i was told to have it on the next week but then they moved it to May because of some reason..im so eager to work right now but they scheduled me 1month away from my application..i wish to apply for another company that will offer early start but bcoz im done with my med exam i cant do so,i had my xray exam which is supposed to be once in 8months only..if i apply for another company then i will have another exam..plssss do something to make my training schedule early..your action will highly be appreciated,tnx

teletech is a good training ground. they will train you and hone you into someone you never thought you would be. i had worked for a while there and im proud to say that ive been one of the best products teletech has made.unfortunately though, there are sups there who doesnt even know the acct that well like agents and senior reps do yet they pretend like they're untouchables.seeing herself like she's the best sup ever. i hope that you would come to your senses. if you dont want your agent to be under performance management, better choose to coach your agents well. dont yell and dont demand at them like you are so perfect because you know that your just as good as a probationary agent in terms of knowledge. the only difference is you are using a supervisor's tool and that title is attached to ur name. teletech would be best without you sup FZ.this is for teletech located in sm city in mandurriao.

There's this new BPO firm in Ortigas which gives 15k per month as a starting salary. The good thing is this is a day job because the parent company is in Japan. I forgot the name but i believe they transferred to another office near Richmonde Hotel and I think they only changed their name but with a direction to be a BPO firm. Anyone knows this?

Hi guys, I used to be a QA for teletech nova and I can say that the company is not inherently bad. Its programs are geared towards people development (they even let you do six sigma on teletech university) though the pay is, in my opinion, below average. It's actually the (mis)management people who messes it up. Our superiors treated us like carabaos (even if the system's down, we get no target adjustment; they opened OTs that were unapproved by HCD so it was not paid; they surprise us with drastic changes at the start of the month without consultation etc) and they have zero people management skills. A number of us left already with a hope of returning one day and finding more employee-oriented managers.

I applied in TeleTech and gone through interview and examination which i passed ( i guess ) and was told to take medical examination the same day and gave me a list of requirements ( SSS,TIN,NBI etc.). My question is should i wait for them to call me or should i go to the office to inform them that i finished my medical exam and present them the requirements? I hope you can answer my question..

hi! nag apply ako dito sa Bacolod site nang Teletech...sabi nang HR na pasa ko daw lahat nang assesments nila...maghintay nalang daw ako nang kanilang call for the schedule of my final interview..three weeks na po hindi pa ako nakatanggap nang kanilang tawag. Yung time na yun ako nalang isa ung natira sa lobby...lahat pinauwi tapos may card sila mag retake daw sila sa isang exam na hindi nila napasa...ako lang yung hindi binigyan nang card...

anu ba ibig sabihin nun? nakapasa ba talaga ako maghintay nang call nila??? o hindi ako nakapasa???

Hi, I currently have a problem with my medical clearance for employment in Teletech Pasay. I was supposed to submit it today, July 27, 2011, but sadly, the specialist who should be assessing me is on leave for the mean time. I'm waiting for teletech to call me regarding this. Do you think that delaying this, to possibly up until Aug.1 can be a ground for the cancellation of my employment? My orientation is scheduled on Aug.5 if that would be any help. Napaka walang kwentang call center. Especially ROXAS SITE.

Sobrang panget ng facilities. Sira sirang upuan. Madaming surot. gross! may daga pa! Mainit pa. Eto lang yata ang callcenter na sobrang pinagpapawisan kme. Anu to? Factory? Kadiri pa, may ipis yung water dispenser!

Health benefits? nako! co-payment pa! i dont recommend this call center.

,i've red all the positive and negative comments but i still want to try.. I was just wondering, i had an interview at Teletech Nova las wednesday, i failed the initial interview because i was struggling with my english communication. The interviewer said that, they,re looking forward to see me after 2mos., I just have to practice my grammar etc. etc. BUT, a day after Teletech called me, the girl assessed me through phone, afterwards told me that i passed her interview. I was scheduled on monday (i think, for another exams or i don't know :)) I'm still wondering, but hoping to finally pass everything there..

What can I say.. TeleTech is the most stable BPO company. They focus on Knowledge and People Skills Development. They give out competitive salary- means if you want to have higher salary and be promoted, prove them that you are worth it. For those who commented Bad things about TeleTech, most of them are terminated because of not performing and meeting their metrics. TIP guys! No company will waste money in someone who is not worth paying for. You are hired to work and finished the task given to you, not to complain!

Remember Guys! working is all about proving what you can do and what else can you do. don't be contented of just hitting your metrics, best solution is to exceed it if you really want to be commended and promoted. problem kc specially sa may mga call center experience is nagmamalaki masyado, they think they are good enough but in reality they are not.

i am a job hunter and about to apply at Teletech, at first i was quite shock because of many negative feedback from ex call center agents. Personally, I am grateful for Teletech because of they has showed social responbility... years back i remember Teletech sponsored our ATRIEVE's foundation's project, they support the foundation for the blind on producing our concert at UP Theathre, for fund raising.before they provide computer seminars and equipping, so how can i believe to these negative comments, when i myself witness the goodness of them.

If they have not called you, it simply means that there isn't an available job for you right now. But that doesn't mean that there won't be any in the coming days. If they asked you to take the medical exams, it simply means that they are expecting to hire agents soon. You can wait for them or you can go to other call center.

I worked at Teletech Pasay for 8 months before and my account there was an Australian Account. At the start, I was very impressed having a salary of 15K plus 1K meal allowance since it was my first employment. Time flies, I realized how bad this company is. I will provide different scenarios to justify this. 1. Allowances: At the time you signed the contract, your only allowance is 1K Meal Allowance. If you enter regularization, you got an "amazing" additional PHP 500 Rice Allowance. That's it. 2. Overtimes: Time Keeping System of Teletech is the infamous Kronos which has a capability of defaulting your overtimes into UNAPPROVED OTs. Unless it will be pulled out by your Supervisors and make them APPROVED OTs that will be the time they can be credited to your payslips. For 8 months, I had 2 disputes for these OTs. You might say because some TLs are sluggish but come to think of it, isn't it MANDATORY for them to credit it immediately for example you had long calls after shifts? 2. PTOs: This company is offering 30 days Paid Time Outs compared to usual companies offering 15VLs and 15SLs. Some may perceive it good but allow me to explain that it is not the case all the time. There are times especially during weekends that we had these called "avail times" where for several minutes or even hours not a single call would come in. What Teletech would do is to FORCE YOU DO EARLY OUT at the expense of your credits. For example in an 8 hr shift, you were pushed out 4 hrs prior, the remainder 4 hrs will still be paid but deducted from your credits. Remember that accrual for credits is 1.25 days/month only, hence it is serious if they would do this every weekend. 3. HMO: Single Status? Forget enrolling your parents to their HMO because their "company customized Maxicare" doesn't accommodate it. 4. Performance appraisal or Quarterly Bonuses? Annual Increase: NONE strictly speaking about scorecard. In my australian account: Perfect attendance, passed all my QAs and AHT lower compared to standards (which makes my scorecard always run 4.0+ monthly), I have my monthly bonus of 1,200-1,600. Look and check with other call centers and you would understand the frustration. (By the way, the last incentive that I had was pro rated since I was about to resign, it's P800, they did not include it to my back pay.) 5. Queue? Definitely! Why? Because of incorrect staffing and the random implementation of PTOs. For example, 7am to 4pm schedule, at around 1PM it will start to get avail by 10-15mins. The OSC will start issuing PTOs to those who had shifts from 5AM-2PM and 6AM-3PM. If you belong to closing shift group, you are dead LITERALLY. The OSC is from Teletech Bacoor sometimes he would allow them to go on AUX (meaning no taking of calls but paid phone hours) and flagged us in Teletech Pasay to compensate for increasing # of calls. Before I resigned, there was approximately 10 incidents that I was the last agent in our site (this is not an exaggeration, and is serious). PTOS are issued to make mandatory day offs also. There was even a week (weekly schedule is being followed) that I only have to go to work 3days/week. This practice resulted to alot of my teammates losing all of their VLs and SL credits. Imagine the scenario if you would get really sick, then you don't have a choice but to have your monthly wage deducted...

5. Labor Work: Oppressing. We started our Line of Business to Retail Sales Support Postpaid Mobile Phones. We are catering "phone and postpaid plan" dealers selling to their customers support like activating the phone, customizing their plans, integrating internet access, overriding unapproved applications, referring to collection agencies for unpaid debts and answer disputed charges for calls, texts and internet. SUPER AGENT? Hehe. OOOPPS. They did not stop there. They wanted us to be SUPERB100X AGENT because 2 months prior finalizing my days, they upgraded us to telephone, internet and cable support. ALL OF THIS WITHOUT A SINGLE CENT INCREASE. Imagine the scope of work you need to do above and multiply it after the upgrade. By the way we are dealing with corporate and consumer accounts. 6. Equipments: It's a big folly that we have flat screens in Pasay. IT IS ONLY FOR TLS. If you are a starting or even a tenured agent, you would have a sluggish PC with POP UPs (this is based on 30+ PCs that I experienced. We are constantly moving to different parts of the building so I know how do they perform. Not mentioning the chairs which are limited and non-adjustable. If you happen to be with AT&T you got a brighter side in this aspect ALONE because they have faster PCs and better office chairs. 7. VL approval: Due to exhausted PTOs and the company managing your credits, it would be very hard to file VLs. It is required to raise your intention at least 1 month ahead but the result will be most of the time within the week of your designated dates. 8. Cafeteria: There is only one cafeteria in Teletech Pasay. It usually depends on the concessionaire but the variety is definitely lacking. You might be thinking of going to SM MOA but considering the duration of walking back and forth plus the immense size of MOA, it is not practical for an hour lunch. 9. Training: It might depend on the trainer. It is NOT true that Teletech holds best trainings. Expect training schedule is very erratic, changing weekly by opposites of day and night. 10. RECENTLY MANDATORY OT: If you get hired into an Australian Account in Teletech Pasay, better rethink first before you sign the contract. The attrition was too high after the "upgrade to SUPERB AGENTS" that all remaining agents in our LOB has a mandatory 1 DAY OT per week. Though it's dayshift imagine working 6 days/week, queueing, and higher chances of OTs being left unapproved (due to their Knonos system)

Hello - Well recruiters in Cainta I would say are really friendly and accomodating. Kahit lahat halos sila lalake. Di ka maasiwang lapitan sila kase lahat sila nakasmile and mababait. I'll start my training this JULY and excited ako.

I DONT CARE sa mga negative feedbacks na nababasa ko kase kanya kanya naman tayong issues! Masyado lang atang ngfeeling mga yan kaya ganyan na lang sila magcomment. Time will come na ibabad mouth rin nila ung papasukan at mapapasukan nila.

ITO LANG yun, nakatulong sainyo ang Teletch at imbes na ganyan kayo sa kumpanya, mag thank you kayo dahil binigyan kayo ng chance kahit AMPANGIT ng UGALI Nyo..

Un lang.. Excited na ko!!!

Hi all! I also I applied here in Teletech which is located at UP Ayala Techno Hub and I am a cc beginner. Recruitment process was ok however just have to be prepare for the long period of waiting:) I was told that I passed and they give me a slip for medical and they told me to let them now when I am done with my med and before I left the recruitment office I was told to keep my line open and they will give me a call..ngeeek say what?? I never ask anything after hearing "keep my line open and they will give me a call" call for what? why give me medical slip to do my med? I don't understand the process! This is my first time applying jobs here in Phils and sorry for my ignorance but I have friends work in a call center and they told me I am good however I am curious with this huge question mark that " why I have to keep my line open" and they will call after giving me med slip? what is this mean? confused me bigtime.

Teletech IS NOT ACCEPTING Nursing graduates again NATIONWIDE. I just applied, the interview went great, but I didn't get past that because of my course. So nursing grads, it doesn't mattter if you want to work in Teletech and if you're hardworking and responsible, just find some other company that doesn't DISCRIMINATE.

I have just tried calling the teletech cainta branch , and the one who took my call has no heart :-( I am calling from abroad ang begging for somebody I even asked him if I can leave a message because this call is an emergency not a simple chit chat BUT STILL no heart .. THANK YOU , someday you´l´l have your own emergency I hope that THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN TO YOU

I agree with a post made last 2012. Teletech as a company is good. While the salary is average and there is no annual increase, there is a Pay for Performance or P4P bonus monthly if you are doing well. The problem lies within the supervisors or Team Leaders and also with the Operations Managers. They are hungry for power and there is too much politics in the organization. The atmosphere is relaxed and more than anything else, the relationship between colleagues, no matter how hypocrite most of them are, is something that you will miss once you get out of this company. I have just resigned 3 days ago because I had a problem with my supervisors and operations manager whom I believe did not practice good business ethics in name of 'service level' and 'billable hours' but looking back at my one year stint with the company, this is an isolated case or shall I say negligible, considering the number of people that the company has provided jobs in the community.

I applied and hired at Laguna site for Telstra account but I resigned recently after less than a year. This is an awful company to work for. There are metrics but there's no performance appraisal which means no raise at all. The management is negligent on employees health. They will force you to work even though you're obviously sick.

Nakaka - asar naman mabasa ung mga bad comments about TeleTech. I am working right now in TeleTech for 8 months and what I can say is, TeleTech is a good company. May be not "Very" good, but its good :D
1) Hiring and T.A's -- Accurate and Approachable. OO mag hihintay ka nga (thats what an applicant SHOULD do but they will not leave you hanging on nothing.

2) HCD and Office assistance - yeah! ung sa cainta minsan masungit sila but its ok. approachable pa din naman and accurate din in all questions asked.

3) Facilities - FACILITY NG TELETECH CAINTA for me is the BEST!! always minemaintain and always mabango.

4) Training - Trainers here are so kind and helpful. Kung Nesting ka na, they'll never leave you. (nung nesting namin, pumayat un trainer at floor walker namin kaka-assist) hehehe..

5) Metrics - hmmm.. ok lang.. lahat naman ng metrics mahrap.. thats why its a metrics. kaya nga ma-achieve ng iba, why not ikaw? meaning theres something lacking in YOU! ahaha.. in terms of metrics, actually client ang nag dedesign non.. hnd teletech. And kung meron mang seperate na standard metric ang TeleTech, those metrics are being implemented as well in other companies. Hello!

6) System, ETC. - maybe naiirita lang ako dun sa term na "tech support but then doing sales". I am actually working for an Aussie account and were trained for different four Line of business with no salary raise but we are not taking it as a negative one kasi pag na trained ka sa ibang LOB, ung latest LOB mo un na ung regular na calls na makukuha mo, pero pag queueing ung mga old LOB mo, syempre naka less prio ka dun so makakakuha ka ng call (para lang makatulong mabawasan ang queue). And dun sa tech/sale thing, hindi naman mabigat un gagawin mo, hindi ka naman mag se-sale eh, tatanungin mo lang kung interested sa ibang product kapag "oo" ipasa mo sa sales pag ayaw end the call na. pag nag sale ung lead na pinasa mo incentive din un. Soft Sale lang naman un people!

7) TL's and OM's and SOM's? -- TL's? ay sooooo nice!!! ang babait ng mga Tl namin.. cguro 8 out of 10 ung mabait na tl. OM? ok sila. creative and so funny. nakikisama sa agents. SOM? .. no comment. di ko sya masyado kilala. hnd kasi sya expose haha..

8) Job Scope? -- ok lang. kerri naman !

9) OSC - KUPAL TALAGA SILA, hahah. sila lang panget na asset ng teletech. what best is, hindi uso ang split off. mag split off ka lang pag my changes na gagawin sa sched mo.

10) Salary -- madali ang trabaho dito compared to other company, less pressure kasi hindi queueing, day shift pa at hindi mahigpit sa AHT. "Petiks" actually, so ung salary, cguro ok na din. Reminder : kung mataas ang sahod na offer sau, magtaka ka na. hindi mag babayad yan ng malaki kung madali ang trabahong ibibigay sau.. dito sa teletech, madali ang work so un salary ay reasonable na sa work load. mareklamo lang tlga un iba. di kuntento.

11) Promotions - napakabilis. as long as ung last 3months na stats mo ay pasado, gora ka na mag apply sa higher position pag my opening.

LAHAT NG COMPANY MY PULITIKA!! dont be such a douschebag.

12) nakalimutan ko na.. hahah !!

basta, ok na to sakin.

minsan nga naiisip ko, bakit pa ko lilipat sa iba?, dito sa teletech, minsan lang kami mag queue, tapos ok na ung sinasahod namin, tapos hindi pressure. tapos ung atmosphere ng opps area, ok na ok, hehe..


**cguro ung madami complain, masyado lang sila mataas nag expect sa company kaya ganun sila.. advice lang ah.. kung mag aapply kau, wag masyado mataas ang expectations para hindi uminit ulo nyo AT!! wag reklamador. hehe.. byes|!!

i applied at teletech last june 28 and i stopped after my online exam, told me they will just call me, did'nt say why, i've waited for 3 weeks already but still, i haven't recieve any call from them. Can anyone please tell me why its like that? Do i have to re apply or what? i don't wanna waste my time to go there and ask

goodluck sa mga ppasok dto .. a hell of experience ,,,kawawa un mga ka team ko dti na nndto pa .. walang growth ,, puro dispute!! bago i update ang tax stat mo 10 years ,,, bastos pa mga tao sa hcd... sa tagal ko nagtrabaho dto wala mnlng increase ,, ibbigay sayo pringles ... pati boy bawang ,, hahaha goodluck ,,
