The Cebu phone center is a wholly owned subsidiary of Western Wats and is exclusively dedicated to survey research. The facility is directed by executive management at their headquarters in Orem, Utah. The center currently occupies three floors and employs more than 1,500 full time employees who operate 700 interviewing stations.

Western Wats have close to 300 clients, ranging from government agencies, auto manufacturing firms, advertising outfits, media organizations, print publications, and universities, to mid-sized grocers, small private businesses, non-profit groups, etc.

Hey..thanks for dropping by. It's not easy to be on top of your schedule always..But the trick is to believe that there's no limit to what we can do, and of course with the new technologies that continue to make things easier, I don't see any reason why we can't do things as we planned.
I checked out your software and that's one thing that can make life easy for all of us.

i worked at western wats davao, and i tell you, i had a very bad experience being in that company, that stuff about 95% employment after 5 mos.? that's crap! They are in a downhill right now, they made a drastic maneuver in avoiding older probationary agents to become regulars. And it hurts agents, the company is hiring agents again. If you wanna experience being a company that's more than a call center? Try wats, most probably they would let you pass training, but wait until you reach 3 mos. then it's over. They made too many promises.

Aw..that's such a bad experience. But it's good to hear from you and have our colleagues be enlightened about Western Wats. I understand that sometimes, press releases aren't so true until you get to be on the inside. And hopefully, these revelations will effect some positive changes.

Someone from this company called my house and didn't know that the answering machine picked up. The recording says: "just (another person: what?) do it anyway; falsify it". Nice, huh? Falsifying a servey. Sounds fishy.
