Customer service and sales interactions have increased and today's technology allows your business to handle more of them than ever before. Call center outsourcing such as Call Center Philippines (www.callcenterphilippines.org) maximizes the benefits of offshore call center outsourcing in the Philippines.

Hay NO1 Call Center it is... Panget lang Upper management ng companyang ito! I don't have any problem with salary and workplace. pero ang politika d2 sobra!! if they don't like you to be promoted, they will do something para hindi ka mapromote.. crab mentality sobra. 10 of us is for promotion and after a month na we are goin to sign our contract kung ano anong issue ang ginawa ng mga SOM and OM's ng account nmin specially HP, ATT and CitiCards(US) sa ortigas. napakaworst ng experience nmin here!

Management sucks! politics is the right term to say.. people in UPSCIENCE at&t uverse specially one of the TL's there whose face is like a dog and yet she feels like she's beautiful?!! wth! pay is good but crab mentality is so and recognition for a job well done?? i dont think so.. managers and Tl's only use you, after they get what they want, they throw you like a garbage.. main reason why i resigned..

We can't change the fact that CVG is all about politic's, people are willing to do anything just get a position. This is a known fact to most of our BPO's, i left CVG because i dont feel like i'm in the right place to achieved my dreams, it's entirely a hopeless plaace! It's been 2 months after i left CVG snd i still dont have my backpay and what annoys me bigtime is their poor customer service!!! almost everyday i called their number hoping that i can get my backpay but holycrap! if it's not busy, it's just keep on ringing, when someone pick it up no one will answer and just hang up the phone. One time i spoke to someone and she always told me to call every wednesday because their list are not updated. Why can't you update that Fucking list!!!!!
