i applied in makati site at worst ang nangyari sa interviewer q named Wilson na isang gay din sobrang walang manners at dapat hindi ito pinapayagan ng HR manatili dahil kawawa naman sa mga aplicants na qualified pero dahil ayaw niya at hindi niya feel di niya ipapasa at gagawan pa ng issue na mali ang grammars pero over qualified sa skills and experiences....
oo nga naman. mali nga naman yung gagawan pa ng issue ang wrong grammars. :)
We must all understand that HR is just doing their jobs, we must at least consider our attitude during the interview, there are certain factors that HR consider for hiring, each individuals have different persona, regardless of who we confront,we must learn to adapt and become team-players.
I have been to VXI Muñoz, I must say, it's one of the best employment I had in years...I still miss my team, my GM Ms. April Ong, she rocks!!! I guess before goint to an interview we must prepare ourselves to face the hurdle, we can't please everyone and we must learn to dance and be our best.

I've been apply here last friday, so disappointing that they never consider your credentials, the interviewer is not approachable, they ask some question without looking at your eyes,you never feel the good vibes in the room, they are not approachable. they have quick decision not to hire you, i mean the applicant should know the reason why they are not qualified...
well i can say also that the recriutment team is so very unprofessional. imagine wala na ngang ibang applicant sa loob ako nalang natitira super pinaghintay pa ako ng second interview after 3 hrs.While ineinterview ako nakasulat na yung result sa receptionist kahit di pa ako na iinterview. just to clarify my hiring ba talaga kayo o wala. Na wawaste lang time namin sa inyo even we are like qualified for the post may naka handa nang result. anu ba yhan? Ibang bigating call center nga super nag dedecide at inaanalyze talga ang mga sagot ng applicants.So akward pa kasi ang ganda ng conversation namin ng nag interview sa akin at binigyan pa ako ng tips ng unang nag interview na iimpress ko si 2nd interviewer, i did but then kakagulat yung result. Hindi dahil my call center experience ako kundi mismo sa sarili mo alam muna kung babagsak ka o hindi. Pagbigay pa ng result parang basura lang na tinapon sa akin. Kaka disappoint talaga. even all my friends who applied their have the same experience.

I think the hiring process at vxi makati was fast. it did not took an hour for each step and the staffs were accomodating. Just project a confident personality, show that you can do the job, u dont need to be good in english. Make the best impression as possible. I am assigned in one of their financial accounts by the way, and so far i am enjoying this company! and not to metion the salary, its higher than average. a lot of people here work out as well, dami guys nagpuputokan ang muscles hehe
