1. Technical Support Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To provide troubleshooting support of residential phone lines and technical support for the customer’s ADSL internet in a professional, accurate and timely manner. In this position, you will:
• Provide troubleshooting support for residential phone lines
• Provide technical support for the ADSL internet
• Sell TELUS services and products to better suit a customer’s needs
• Handle all inbound queries and advocate resolutions to issues in a timely, accurate manner

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required skill(s): Basic computer literacy, good customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Required language(s): English.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

2. Customer Service Representative (Non-voice)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide order entry from a professional client base, customer service mail inquiries (customer maintenance), ensuring all interactions reflects quality, accurate and prompt delivery that meets the current departments service level agreements. The position directly addresses the corporate value of Customer Focus so as the position and functions thereof reinforce to our customers that we want to be their preferred and indispensable partner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of any four (4)-year course
• Experience in a Customer Service Call Center or Database/Order Entry environment is an advantage
• Must be willing to work on graveyard shift
• Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Must have effective written and spoken English language skills
• Must be keen on details
• Must have general knowledge of PC applications such as Internet Explorer, Acrobat Reader, and Microsoft application (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must have good typing skills, minimum of 35 wpm

3. Technical Support Representative

• Reviews reported troubles to identify trends and potential problem areas.

4. Customer Service Representative - Collections Agent

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will be handling accounts for a major telecommunication business in UK.
• You will be receiving inbound calls from the company's clients to answer their queries regarding concerns on subscription arrangements and payments.
• You will also make outbound calls to the company's clients for collection purposes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of any course
• At least 6 months of working experience in a call center setting
• Analytical and problem solving ability
• Ability to develop great people interaction and communication skills
• Willing to work midshift or night shift.

5. Technical Support Representative - Day Shift

Requirements:
• Call Center Experience is a must
• Good English verbal communication skills including active listening.
• Candidate must have completed at least 2 years in college preferably in an IT related course
• Can troubleshoot Internet connection, browser issue and emails or other IT related technology
• Familiarity with Computer Networking, Dial-up and ADSL internet connection is preferred
• Experience in operating network equipment such as ADSL and dial-up modems, routers, firewalls, proxy servers is preferred but not required.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
